Work Industries was founded to help companies move faster, adapt smarter, and perform stronger. We partner with organizations of every size, from startups and family-owned businesses to private-equity-backed companies and global enterprises expanding in the U.S.
For international companies, we provide experienced U.S. leadership to integrate acquisitions, consolidate U.S. entities, and execute strategic initiatives that strengthen performance and ensure alignment with global objectives.
For small and midsize businesses, we deliver hands-on executives and subject-matter experts who step in to stabilize operations, lead teams, and build the structure needed to scale. Whether you need an interim CEO to navigate rapid growth, a plant manager to drive efficiency, or a finance leader to prepare for investment, our professionals make an impact from day one.
At Work Industries, we exist to deliver leadership when it matters most. Every engagement blends strategic insight with real-world execution—helping companies accelerate transformation, maintain leadership continuity, and create sustainable performance.
Built on the belief that flexibility is the future of work, Work Industries empowers businesses to move forward with confidence—no matter their size, stage, or sector.
Erin DiGangi founded Work Industries after nearly two decades in staffing and consulting, where she repeatedly saw organizations slowed by legacy leadership models that struggled to keep pace with growth and change. After building and scaling teams, launching new markets and verticals, and supporting companies through leadership gaps and complex transitions, Erin created Work Industries to give organizations faster access to proven interim and fractional leaders, without the friction of traditional hiring.
Erin began her career in the aerospace staffing and consulting industry, where she progressed through operational and project leadership roles supporting large, complex onsite programs. Over time, she was selected to manage flagship accounts with headcounts as large as 800 during periods of operational turnaround, earning a reputation for steady execution, clear communication, and results under pressure. This early foundation shaped her belief that the right leadership, deployed at the right moment, can materially change the trajectory of a business.
As her career advanced, Erin took on increasingly senior roles in business development and operations within national staffing organizations. She was repeatedly tasked with launching new markets, opening branch offices, and building business lines from the ground up. Most notably, she founded and led an aerospace staffing division that scaled to over $1 million in monthly revenue within its first year, established multi-state operations, and supported Tier 1 manufacturers and global OEM supply chains.
Erin later joined an interim and fractional executive placement firm, where she led business development and service delivery for private, public, and private-equity-backed middle-market companies. In this role, she partnered closely with founders, boards, and investors to place executive leadership supporting turnarounds, transactions, integrations, go-to-market initiatives, and large-scale cross-border transformation efforts.
Today, through Work Industries, Erin brings together her experience across staffing, consulting, and executive leadership to help companies access proven operators, without the friction, risk, or rigidity of traditional hiring models. She is frequently engaged by organizations that need immediate leadership, specialized expertise, or trusted guidance during periods of change.
Based in Charleston, South Carolina, Erin enjoys spending time with her family, playing tennis, and being part of the local business community.
Erin’s WIN is helping companies and leaders move forward with confidence, knowing they have the right people in place when it matters most.
